Thai Foot Massage

Including elements of reflexology, shiatsu, massage and yoga, Thai foot massage involves using a stick to stimulate reflex points on the lower legs and feet to restore the flow of energy around the body, improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, reduce stiffness, and improve flexibility and balance as well as foot sensation.

Bowen Technique

Bowen Technique is a gentle rolling type move over the skin in certain places on the body, designed to get the brain to reassess and make changes to fascia, tendons, ligaments, muscles and organs that may have issues or be causing pain, to restore balance. As the moves are very gentle, this therapy is ideal for everyone.

Bowen is distinct from other therapies as there are 'breaks' between sets of moves to allow the brain to interpret, asess and respond. Most moves can be done over clothing with the client lying, sitting or standing.
